W.
L. Smith Scholarships
Phi Sigma Theta offers up to five annual scholarships
to students who have maintained outstanding grades throughout
their collegiate career, who have been a visible and positive
asset to their communities, and who have displayed exceptional
leadership skills. The William Lawrence Smith Scholarships
are named after a member whose brilliant career was cut
short by a tragic accident.
To apply for one of these scholarships, simply print out
a copy of the application and send it to the listed address.
All applications must include an acceptance letter from
an accredited graduate school (to increase the number
of applications, we are currently waiving this requirement),
and be postmarked by April 15th to be considered for a
given year. All Scholarships awards will be announced
on or before May 30th.
