Awards
Phi Sigma Theta offers awards for senior members who have
displayed excellence in either leadership or community
service. There are up to five awards in each category
awarded annually which include both an honorary certificate
inducting the successful individual into the Phi
Sigma Theta Order of Merit and a $500 award.
Members may nominate a fellow member or they may nominate
themselves by filling out the appropriate form below and
following the attached instructions.

All awards must be post marked by April 15th to be considered
for a particular year. All awards will be announced on
or before May 30th. |
